Creative Industries Goals
Develop and execute events that target creative industries and serve as opportunities for business promotion:
- Create at least one event that highlights Greater Miami’s diversity as a unique strength of our creative industries community
Develop a comprehensive communication strategy to provide information concerning the committee, its mission, activities and the local creative economy as a whole:
- Work cooperatively with the Domestic Business Development Group committees and partners to maximize impact and increase reach of messaging
Develop longer term strategies for continued growth of the creative economy in South Florida through convening local businesses, government agencies and educational institutions:
- Pursue asset mapping inventory as a first step
Vet and recommend legislative issues that enhance and strengthen South Florida’s creative economy.
