Marketing the Chamber Goals

Conduct an asset analysis of current social media channels, reach and engagement, and desirability of new mediums:
• Create an action plan with measurable targets for success

Capture third party endorsements of Chamber membership through six to eight video testimonials.

Establish two to three outlets for members to be recognized for doing business with fellow members, i.e., Trustee Luncheons, social media networks and MiamiChamber.com.

Develop tools and resources to educate members on new and existing benefits and opportunities, i.e., the new member roadmap.
