Human Resources & Workforce Planning 

Explore the possibility of renaming the committee to Human Resources & Workforce Planning or Development to reflect its core purpose.

Revive and expand collaboration with other Chamber committees leveraging Chamber members that are subject matter experts in their related industries to deliver timely educational events with relevant and impactful information.

Work with the Marketing and Members Services Group to engage Chamber members and business community leaders to take a proactive role as mentors for graduating college seniors to help students with the impact of transitioning into the real world as potential employees. 

Expand collaboration, marketing and public relations outreach efforts with other organizations, i.e., industry associations, nonprofit institutions, and universities.

Highlight key job markets and growth industries identified by One Community One Goal research and incorporate into educational events to create community awareness
