- Benchmark Membership Growth Campaign results to coincide with historic membership quarterly targets.
- Assign board membership Trustee and higher accounts for each quarter with a goal of 95 percent retention for Chairman Circle and Trustee Platinum memberships, a retention rate of 85 percent for Trustee investment and a General membership retention rate of 68 percent.
