Audit Committee

The Audit Committee is responsible for overseeing the financial reporting and auditing processes to ensure transparency, accuracy and compliance with laws and regulations. The committee is tasked with reviewing financial statements, internal controls, and audit findings to provide guidance qand recommendations to the Chamber's Board of Directors.
