Robert Ortiz is the Sr. Vice President of People & Culture for the Americas region of Amadeus, the leading global travel technology company. Robert’s scope encompasses Business Partnerships, Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Operations, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Corporate & Social Responsibility and Mergers & Acquisitions. Robert’s 20+ years of experience has transversed over various industries including academia, banking, pharmaceuticals and consulting.
Tammy Davidson
As Executive Vice President, Client Services, Tammy brings more than 30 years of experience as a senior business executive. She has extensive expertise and accomplishments in the areas of advertising, strategic marketing development, and implementing solutions through staff development. Tammy is responsible for strategic planning, new business development, and for designing and delivering quality organizational consulting on talent and career transition services. Tammy is a recognized public speaker and leader in the world of work. Tammy has served as a mentor and corporate trainer, facilitating and developing seminars for senior management. She has built employee strategy plans, incentive-based programs, spearheaded intensification programs, and career transition plans that have been adopted globally. Tammy is a certified professional coach through IPEC.
Prior to joining Right Management, Tammy had a highly accomplished career as a Senior Executive with Federated Department Stores. Tammy was responsible for managing the largest volume area in Macy’s Florida and provided leadership support for the stores and team. In this role, she was recognized for significant accomplishments in Market Development, Employee Development, Sales Development, and received numerous Leadership awards.
Tammy received her Bachelor of Arts at Florida State University. Her professional and community volunteer affiliations are many. She has served as the Chairperson for HR Insights and Workforce Committee of the Miami Chamber of Commerce and currently, a Director at Large. She has served as a Board Member for the Greater Miami Society for Human Resource Management, participation with United Way of Dade County, Daily Food Bank of Dade County, “Race for the Cure” Miami, Florida. She has served on several community development boards and is a recognized leader in South Florida.
Tammy has received numerous awards for her leadership. One of the highest honors she has received was the recognition of her leadership and abilities as “The Most Distinguished Woman in the Americas 2017” by the Women’s International Sales Foundation. Tammy has also been awarded and recognized with the “Prestigious Women Award” by South Florida Business and Wealth.
