Speakers

Carlos Jofre

Carlos Jofre Jr. is an accomplished senior technology executive with over 30 years of extensive experience across multiple industries. As a co-founder of adaptAI, he firmly believes artificial intelligence will significantly disrupt all sectors of the economy.  
 
Carlos’ vision is to develop AI solutions focused on ethical and responsible practices that elevate organizations’ potential while prioritizing their existing workforce. At adaptAI, he has cultivated a corporate culture of collaboration and agility rooted in the “Lean Startup” methodology. His commitment to delivering Minimal Viable Products ensures adaptAI’s customers can nimbly adapt to the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
 
Carlos holds an MBA from the University of Florida and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Florida State University. He has presented at various industry conferences, authored technical papers, and served as a Board Member for Showering Love Inc., a non-profit providing mobile shower services to individuals experiencing homelessness.

Antonio Figueroa

Antonio Figueroa is the founder and CEO of Raken AI Labs, a Miami-based firm specializing in machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions for business transformation. With over 18 years of experience in the data and technology space, Antonio has become a trusted advisor to companies seeking to generate measurable value from AI — especially across the U.S. and Latin America.
