Lotus House

Project Description

Picture a mother and her child at Lotus House, the largest women’s shelter in the country. Most of their day happens indoors, inside routines built around survival. But for a few hours, they step outside into a garden. She kneels beside her daughter in the dirt and they plant a seed together. Later, they’ll harvest it and carry it to a kitchen that turns it into a meal they helped grow.

That moment is what Nourish to Flourish is about.

Lotus House shelters over 1,550 women, youth, and children every year, helping families rebuild after homelessness, domestic violence, and trauma. Nourish to Flourish will bring new life to the Farm Pavilion and outdoor gardens there, adding raised beds, hands-on learning stations, and shaded spaces to rest and gather.

The farm won’t feed the shelter on its own. But it will teach, it will supplement, and it will give mothers and children open sky, soil under their hands, and time spent together.

Our goal is to raise $25,000 to make this space real. Every gift helps a family feel, for a few hours, like they belong somewhere beautiful.

Let’s grow something meaningful together.

American Music Initiative

Project Description

For many young people, music is more than a sound. It’s a way to build confidence, discipline, creativity, and opportunity.

Tap In 2 Miami is partnering with the American Music Initiative (AMI) to expand access to quality music education for youth in Liberty City.

Our goal is to raise $19,519.79 to provide instruments, equipment, and essential resources that help students learn, practice, and grow.

But this is about more than instruments. Practice shouldn’t stop because access does.

Your support puts more than music in a student’s hands—it creates opportunity, builds confidence, and helps them see what’s possible.

Please Don’t Stop the Music.

Tap In. Turn Up the Impact. Keep the Music Going.

Heart & Hand Outreach

Project Description

Imagine stuffing your clothes, treasured belongings, and pieces of your life into a black trash bag because you own nothing else to carry them in. For too many children and young adults in Miami-Dade County's foster care system, this is not a hypothetical scenario. This is their reality.

We are Tripl3 Impact Miami, a team from Leadership Miami®. We are teaming up with Heart & Hand Outreach to raise funds for Juanita's Heart, a program that aims to provide Dignity Duffle Bags and Life Kits filled with everyday essentials and comfort items for children and young adults navigating foster care.

Every dollar donated directly supports the preparation of Dignity Duffle Bags and Life Kits for the youth and young adults relying on Juanita's Heart. When we connect, our impact multiplies. That’s exactly what we intend to do in furthering the mission of Juanita’s Heart. Alone, a bag is just a bag. But when we come together as a team and community, we can and will make a meaningful impact on Juanita’s Heart, for Heart & Hand Outreach, and for the youth and young adults transitioning into a new chapter of life.

Help us equip more youth with the essentials they need to tackle what’s next. Pack hope. Triple the impact.
