The Real Estate Committee meets monthly to advance member interests by exploring the trends, policies, and developments shaping Miami-Dade's real estate industry. Through education, collaboration, and advocacy, the committee brings together industry leaders to foster informed discussion, provide insight on issues impacting the business community, and offer recommendations on legislative and public policy matters affecting the region's real estate landscape.

Participation in the Real Estate Committee is open to all Greater Miami Chamber members in good standing with an interest in the real estate industry. Members include developers, real estate professionals, brokers, investors, architects, attorneys, lenders, and other stakeholders engaged in the growth and development of South Florida.
