Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce Diverse Business Empowerment (DBE) Membership Program
This program supports the growth and sustainability of small, minority-owned, women-owned, veteran-owned and LGBTQ-owned businesses in the Greater Miami area through a free one-year membership sponsored by FISERV, which includes enhanced access to resources, networking opportunities, training and advocacy provided by the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce.

Membership Criteria
- Business Size
- Less than 10 employees
- Less than $1 million in annual revenue
- Ownership
- Must be minority owned (eg. Black-owned, Asian-owned, Latino-owned, women-owned, etc.), US Military Veteran-owned, owned by a member of the LGBTQ community, or owned by a person with disabilities
- Location
- Business must be located in Miami-Dade or Broward County or have a significant operational presence in the area

Membership Benefits
- Access to exclusive networking events with business leaders and potential clients, including all Consular Corps and Trade Representatives based in Miami
- Access to actively participate in our 13 program committees
- Access to the Greater Health Trust, for those that qualify
- Access to Swiftdox for obtaining Certificates of Free Sale (CFS), Good Manufcturing Practice (GMP) and Certificate of Origin (COO)
- Educational Workshops: Regular workshops and webinars on topics such as marketing finance, legal issues, and more
- Advocacy and Voice Representation at local and state levels on issues important to diverse businesses
- Visibility: Promotion through the Chamber's website, newsletters and social media platforms
