Navigating Workforce Solutions in Healthcare
At our December Healthcare Committee meeting, Eric Alvarez, Founder and CEO of Grapefruit Health, shared with our group how his company is addressing the workforce shortage in healthcare uniquely. They are addressing the massive staffing shortage in healthcare by creating the first and only tech-enabled workforce composed completely of local clinical students. They recruit, train, and manage these students to perform work on behalf of healthcare organizations remotely. Our group had a positive reaction to the presentation with lots of interactive questions.
