Miami's Fast Track for Executive Relocation
What is the Senior Executive Orientation® (SEO) Program?
The Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce began the Senior Executive Orientation® program in 1988. It is an exclusive introduction to the South Florida community, its leaders, culture and way of life. The SEO program is offered in the Spring with eight (8) sessions spread throughout four (4) months, offering unique immersive experiences not available to the public. Each session covers a different topic determined by experienced professionals who serve on the SEO Planning Committee. Possible topics include: Transportation, Economic Development, Culture & History, Real Estate, Resilience & Climate Tech, Politics, Community Involvement and Education/Workforce development.
Who should apply?
This program is for CEOs, C-Suite, and top executives new to Miami or their roles, integrating them into the community and accelerating their adaptation. Moving into a new community or assuming new executive responsibilities is challenging. Senior-level executives and their spouse or partner are invited to get to know Miami.

Cost to Participate
GMCC Member Fee: $2,800
Non-member Fee: $3,500
- Spouse/Partner may also participate for an additional fee of $750
- Participants will be invoiced for payment after the application is processed

Applications are reviewed, and you will be informed by mid-January if your application has been accepted for the incoming cohort.
Upon completion of the SEO Program, participants will receive special invitations to participate in exclusive SEO alumni events called SEO Connects. These events provide alumni the opportunity to connect and network with their peers to deepen their experience and business relationships. These special events are complimentary and only available to SEO Alumni. They take place 3-4 times a year. In addition, past participants are also invited to attend SEO sessions or other special Chamber events.
