Aaron Tandy

Aaron Tandy is in-house general counsel for Boucher Brothers Management Inc., one of the largest employers located on Miami Beach, Florida, where he helps counsel the company on employment related issues among other matters. Prior to joining the team in 2023, Aaron spent 30 years as a litigator and employment lawyer in several New York and South Florida law firms assisting a wide variety of companies, from small entrepreneurs to Fortune 500 business, in navigating complex business transactions and employment matters. Aaron is a past chairman of the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce, an active member of the Florida Bar’s Employment Law Section writing frequently for section publications on employment topics, and is currently the Chair of the HR & Professional Development Committee for the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce.  

Nina Hirota, MA, MBA

Nina Hirota drives transformational change in organizations, ensuring they evolve, adapt, and thrive in an era of disruption. Angie Brainard, CPC, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, Moderator

Angie Brainard is an Executive Vice President with Right Management’s Florida/Caribbean Region and serves as the region’s Practice Leader for Talent Development including Leader Development, Talent Assessment, and Executive Coaching solutions. An accomplished facilitator and featured presenter and podcaster, Angie’s clients and audiences describe their experiences as “memorable, engaging, informative, and impactful”.

Prior to joining Right Management, Angie held various leadership positions in Parks Operations at Walt Disney World Resort including work in program development for The Disney University. For the past 30 years, and after making South FL home, she has held leadership positions in consulting, hospitality, construction, and automotive industries, notably with Fisher Island in Miami and AutoNation in Fort Lauderdale.

Angie earned a BA in Communications at the University of Iowa, currently holds certification in several assessment tools, is a certified professional coach (iPEC, CPC), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and is a SHRM-SCP. She is a frequently featured keynote speaker and panelist for several local leadership and networking organizations.

When not working, Angie is an avid SCUBA diver, boater, and beachcomber, and is obsessed with her 5lb Maltese Marley.
