Robert Ortiz is the Sr. Vice President of People & Culture for the Americas region of Amadeus, the leading global travel technology company.  Robert’s scope encompasses Business Partnerships, Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Operations, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Corporate & Social Responsibility and Mergers & Acquisitions.  Robert’s 20+ years of experience has transversed over various industries including academia, banking, pharmaceuticals and consulting.

Aaron Tandy

Aaron Tandy is in-house general counsel for Boucher Brothers Management Inc., one of the largest employers located on Miami Beach, Florida, where he helps counsel the company on employment related issues among other matters. Prior to joining the team in 2023, Aaron spent 30 years as a litigator and employment lawyer in several New York and South Florida law firms assisting a wide variety of companies, from small entrepreneurs to Fortune 500 business, in navigating complex business transactions and employment matters. Aaron is a past chairman of the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce, an active member of the Florida Bar’s Employment Law Section writing frequently for section publications on employment topics, and is currently the Chair of the HR & Professional Development Committee for the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce.
