HR & Professional Development Committee Meeting | December 2026

The Human Resources & Professional Development Committee is dedicated to supporting, educating, and training Chamber members in all aspects of human resources and professional development, regardless of an organization's size or structure. The committee provides a dynamic forum for networking, education, and meaningful conversation on relevant HR topics, presenting seminars on cutting-edge employment issues, advocating on behalf of HR causes, and partnering with other GMCC committees to leverage HR and legal expertise on issues affecting the local business community.

Participation in the Human Resources & Professional Development Committee is open to all Greater Miami Chamber members in good standing. Members include businesses and organizations with strong HR leadership, organizations with no HR support, business professionals, and key stakeholders in the human resources and employee professional development arena.
