The Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce designed its first Senior Executive Orientation® Program in 1988. Since then, its curriculum has allowed participants to learn about South Florida, gain insights, and connect with other leaders in the region. The program includes tailored events aimed at facilitating this transitional period for participants and their spouses.
In 2022, in partnership with the Miami-Dade County, The Chamber offers an integrated onboarding program for Presidents and Chief Executive Officers and companies recently relocated to Miami. The curriculum is aimed at integrating and engaging executives in their new city and accelerating their adaptation into Miami.
The Senior Executive Orientation® Program will be available on a quarterly basis, and each class will have a duration of six to eight weeks.

Welcome Package
Key information and access to relevant personal and business contacts, including congressional relations, committee members, community leaders, resources, and priority issues of Miami-Dade County.
Forum Series
Bi-weekly gatherings to address topics related to Miami issues, actors, and venues. The series will include regional initiatives and issues presented by community leaders and influencers.
CEO Resource Network
Concierge Services available to participants to assist with networking and connections, information and resources, and problem solving. answering questions and solving issues and unusual situations.
Program alumni will have the opportunity to deepen their experience and business relationships with special invitations to private networking events organized by The Chamber.
