Executive Committee

Elected for a one-year term, members of the Executive Committee are a smaller group of Board members that act on behalf of the Board of Directors and within the powers granted by the latter. The Executive Committee is comprised of the Chair, Chair-Elect and Nominating Chair, First Vice-Chair, Immediate Past Chair, Treasurer, Of Counsel, Committee Group Chairs, and a small number of Executive Committee At-Large board members.  Group Chairs organize the work of various program committees in order to maximize cooperation and ensure that all committees voices are represented on the Executive Committee.
